Our Quality Statement

Nightingale is committed to providing its customers with products and services of the highest quality at competitive prices. Nightingale will endeavor to achieve 100% quality for all its products and services and shall maintain a Quality Management System in compliance with applicable national and international regulations and requirements, as described in our Quality Manual and quality management procedures.

At Nightingale Informatix, “Quality is the responsibility of every individual, function and position”. 

Class II Medical Device Licensing

On August 31, 2009 Health Canada issued a notice requiring manufacturers of electronic medical records (EMR) systems sold in Canada to register and license those products as Class II medical devices by September 1, 2011. As a part of this process, Nightingale will be required to achieve ISO 13485:2003 compliance and certification.

Nightingale is committed to completing the process of Class II Medical Device licensing for Nightingale On Demand no later than March 1, 2011—well before the Health Canada deadline.
