The Story
The Richmond Hill Children’s Clinic was looking for a solution that would help them to better manage patient records, which currently exceed more than 60,000 paper charts. They also wanted to reduce the large number of phone calls received each day, thereby freeing up time for staff to focus more on patients who are in the office.
