The Nightingale VHR contains a single medical record for each patient in a community. Information is integrated from all sources to provide a unique, accurate, and consolidated view of patient health information. Each physician remains the custodian of their patients’ data.

Seamless referral process and network

The Nightingale VHR simplifies and streamlines referrals to hospitals for procedures or admissions, and to specialists, therapists and other providers. Orders for transcriptions can be easily placed and fully managed.

Connecting a community of systems

The Nightingale VHR facilitates cross platform communication of patient health information. Primary care physicians, specialists and hospitals will all be functionally integrated in patient care. A proven HL7 interface ensures connectivity to existing HIS, EMR and practice management systems.
