The Company has the right to redeem the Debentures, in whole or in part, at a price equal to their principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. The Debentures are convertible at the holder's option into fully-paid common shares at any time prior to maturity or redemption at a conversion price of $0.35 per share.
