Director of Marketing - North America
Nightingale is seeking a dynamic, creative and visionary marketing guru that will be responsible for the creation, execution and measurement of the strategic marketing plan for Nightingale across North America. We are a successful, entrepreneurial and energetic organization that needs an individual capable of balancing strategic thinking with a roll up the sleeves approach. Candidates must be self-starters, highly motivated, have strong business acumen, and must have proven ability to multi-task. Launching a stronger social media presence is high on our priorities and candidates must have excellent experience in this area.
Key mandates include:
- Develop a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan with senior executives that effectively positions Nightingale in the leadership position in the market
- Further develop and implement branding initiatives that builds the firm’s brand name, differentiators, and value proposition to the market
- Support Product Marketing Management to ensure the successful positioning and launch of products and services in the market
- Social Media and Social Networking is a key part of our strategy – the ability to create and manage all aspects of web, online and social media including blogging, tweets, SEO/SEM strategy and delivery
- Lead generation management including the implementation and management of marketing automation and lead management systems
- Manage Public Relations
- Seamlessly executing on marketing programs on time and on budget including:
- Product launches
- Promotions and Campaigns
- Events
- Creating and executing on all facets of marketing communication including public relations
- Managing and measuring effective marketing spend to budget
- Managing Customer Satisfaction
- Internet and web marketing
- Measuring Customer Satisfaction through surveys and NPS scores
This position reports to the Executive Vice President, North America and involves a significant amount of interaction with customers, partners, staff and other members of the Nightingale management team.
Key relationships include:
- Working closely with individual business units to support revenue generation initiatives;
- Partnering with other team members to foster productive relationships with peers and colleagues, stakeholders, external suppliers and clients;
- Managing and measuring all print and web advertising campaigns based on the call-to-action;
- Exceptional leadership skills to coach, mentor and manage the marketing team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a marketing leadership role ideally in a healthcare software organization
- Proven ability launching web and social media programs
- College or University Degree
- Leadership experience leading, coaching and managing a team
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
