What our Software Developers do:
Our Software Developers interpret written business requirements and technical specifications and turn that into elegant and efficient code.  They investigate, analyze, document and correct reported defects as well as perform maintenance programming.  In addition, they will create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses.  And, create and maintain technical documentation.

What we look for:
• Driven individuals and out-of-the-box thinkers
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Solution centric people who understand the benefits of various programming languages
• Significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures
• Relevant development experience, at least 2 years
• Health care experience would be a decided asset
• Relevant development experience, at least 2 years
• Strength with the following technologies: ASP classic, ASP.NET, .NET 1.1, 2.0, 3.5, AJAX/JQuery, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Visual Studio 2008/2005
