Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generation)
Our technology and our people make the difference. Nightingale is looking for exceptionally energetic, ambitious Lead Generation and Inside Sales professionals to support our sales team in the field. These positions are located in our corporate head office located in Markham. Candidates must be self-starters, great team players, highly motivated, with a proven ability to multi-task.
- Work with our sales team supporting their sales efforts: calling on prospective clients in person or phone, creating proposals, conducting demonstrations across North America
- Day-to-day targeting and soliciting of new business through cold calls, on site visits, and leveraging existing customer base and following up leads from marketing initiatives
- Nurture current leads through demos, proposals and contract negotiations
- Arrange details for prospective sales presentations
- Track progress and activities through corporate CRM system
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of online communities, corporate social networking and SaaS/web applications – you live online and love it
- Exceptional client facing skills including written and verbal communication, presentation and telephone skills
- Experience in sales or marketing is ideal
- Selling, negotiation and closing skills
- Results-oriented self starter that easily grasps and applies new concepts
- Sound judgment and decision making skills, high level of professionalism at all times
- Tenacity, determination and assertiveness
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers in a Windows environment, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related software programs preferred.
